Armed with this essential information, we can then proceed to suggest the most fitting package for your event, along with a transparent breakdown of the average cost per guest.

Our range of available packages caters to a variety of tastes and preferences, including classic cocktails and custom "His and Her" creations.   • As a reputable mobile bartending service operating in Florida, it is imperative that we comply with all legal regulations pertaining to the sale of alcohol. As such, we are unable to directly sell or provide alcohol to our clients. We kindly request that our clients procure all alcohol required for their event. To assist you in this process, The Paper Plane is pleased to offer a comprehensive grocery list and recommended retailers once we have established the specific requirements for your event. Additionally, our highly skilled head mixologist is available to provide in-person grocery consultations for an additional fee, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for all your event needs.

  • Once we provide you with a grocery list, your event drink service is in our hands. The day of your event, The Paper Plane will arrive at your venue, at a predetermined early hour for service set up. Sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor at our artfully crafted mobile bar while our bartenders mix up custom cocktails for you and your guests.

Each Package Includes the following: bar service from the Paper Plane Craft Bar Truck, beverage napkins and straws, garnishes, basic mixers, ice, bar supplies, basic glassware, travel up to 50 miles.

  • We know one bar might not be enough for your guests. We'll supply an auxiliary bar and bartender to be placed wherever necessary at your venue.

  • Our 1994 Oshkosh Grumman Is a lot to move. Any travel over 50 miles from her home base of New Smyrna Beach will Incur an additional fee.

  • Add an additional hour to any package.
